The majority shareholding of Luganskteplovoz has been returned to the property of Ukraine. The Ukrainian securities registrar “Center-Registrar” wrote off 76% of shares of Luganskteplovoz from the Russian management company Bryansk Engineering Plant (a part of Transmashholding) to the State Property Fund of Ukraine last week. The stocks were transferred to Ukraine by the decision of Lugansk Economic Court dated 21 October 2009.
