TransContainer has submitted the regulations for the road transportation of containerized cargo to the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) and the drafts of standards form contracts on container supply. The documents stipulate the order and terms of container utilization for export/import of containers for loading/unloading operations using the vehicles of the shipper/consignee or the road transport deployed by the shipper or consignee to/from the terminals of TransContainer. The FAS recommendations were aimed at establishing legal and information environment for carrying out a competitive policy regarding the terminal cargo handling.
