Regular Container Train to Be Launched between Russia and Finland

A regular container train will be launched between the Perm Territory and Finland. The relevant agreement was reached on 20 October in Perm. Kouvola Innorail Oy and the Government of the Perm Territory signed a protocol of intentions to launch the project which is aimed at opening a regular container service by block trains between Kouvola (Finland) and Perm.
