Gornozavodsktransport has paid a fine to the federal budget in the volume of 123 580.05 rubles for violation of the antitrust law. The company abused its dominant position on the market by terminating its commitments in the railway service failing to supply railcars for shipment to Pashiysky metallurgical Cement Plant. The decision of FAS Russia (Perm) on administrative violation was appealed by Gornozavodsktransport in the Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory and the 17th Court of Appeal. However, the courts sustained the decision of FAS Russia. Earlier, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Ural District sustained the decision of FAS Russia (Perm) on antitrust law violation of Gornozavodsktransport as well. (USD1 = RUB29.1330)
