The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) fined Helicopter Service Company and Military-Industrial Company totaling 300 000 rubles each for signing contracts without getting preliminary approval of the antitrust body. FAS Russian received the petition of Helicopter Service Company on the acquisition of 95.06% in Novosibirsk Aircraft Repair Plant and the petition of Military-Industrial Company on acquisition of 72.6% in Radiofizika. During the consideration of the above petitions and documents FAs Russia found that the contracts were signed before submitting them to the antitrust body.
