Russian Railways Suspends Coal Shipment to Vanino

Russian Railways (RZD) has suspended coal shipment to Vanino (Far Eastern Railway) for Vanino Commercial Seaport at Nakhodka station for Company Attis Enterprise, as well as from Mezhdurechensk (West Siberian Railway) from the shipper Raspadskaya Ugol to Nakhodka Commercial Seaport because the ports are unable to start cargo handling in winter conditions, inadequate coal unloading, as well as to avoid nonproductive rolling stock delay.
